...patting myself on the back.
I'm not big on self-congratulation, but in this case I'll make an exception. If you've been keeping up with this blog, you already know that Baby Boss launched its new Ad Copy Service on Sunday and, by Monday, we had already signed up our first customer, Littlebirdydesigns (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5840126). Emily at Littlebirdy designs jewelry but really needed some help finding a voice for what I would consider to be wearable works of art, and I was more than happy to help. After some work, her new ad was posted Tuesday afternoon.
Then the best return on her investment hit on Wednesday. The piece sold.
That's right. After sitting, and sitting, and sitting, I wrote a new ad on Tuesday and the item sold on Wednesday. I think I may have been more thrilled than Emily at the news.
Now, could it have just been mere coincidence? Perhaps. But the wordsmith in me would like to think that the combination of Emily's artistry and my writing were what pushed that buyer to buy.
And, based on Emily's latest blog post, she agrees with me.
Have a read...
